Crane Payment Innovations partners with Bibbeo for ATM, kiosk repairs

Crane Payment Innovations, an unattended payment solutions provider, recently partnered with Bibbeo, an installation company for ATMs, kiosks and other self-service equipment, to provide repair services to Bibbeo's customers. Through this partnership, CPI customers will also be able to access Bibbeo for installations, according to a press release.

"As we continue to expand our Field Service offerings, we are pleased to partner with Bibbeo," Chase Andrews, VP and general manager for service, CPI, said in the release. "Their core values and focus on providing high levels of service and a customer-first attitude align with CPIs, and together we can offer the installation and repair services that reduce the stress on operations teams and help keep businesses running and financial teams happy."

"This partnership with CPI helps us provide customers with more in-depth solutions to support the entire product lifecycle, from installation to repairs and preventative maintenance through the end-of-life deinstallation at a large national scale," Miles Power, owner and CEO of Bibbeo, said in the release.
