Crane NXT, Crane Co launch as separate public companies

Crane Co., a manufacturer of engineered industrial products, and Crane NXT Co., a provider of industrial technology, have finalized their respective, previously announced separations from Crane Holdings Co. and launched as independent, publicly traded companies, the companies have announced.

Crane Co. begins trading on the New York Stock Exchange today under the ticker "CR" While Crane NXT begins trading under the ticker "CXT."

Crane NXT includes the payment and merchandising technologies business.
