Crane names Christina Cristiano SVP/CFO for Crane NXT

Crane Holdings, Co., a diversified manufacturer of engineered industrial products, has promoted Christina Cristiano from vice president, controller and chief accounting officer to senior vice president, chief financial officer of Crane NXT, which includes the payment and merchandising technologies business.

Over the past year, she has led the corporate efforts to separate Crane Holdings Co. into two independent, publicly traded companies, which is expected to occur on April 3, 2023.

Crane NXT will include the payment and merchandising technologies businesses while Crane Co. will include the aerospace, electronics and process flow technologies businesses.

As part of the Crane NXT leadership team, Cristiano will support Aaron W. Saak, Crane NXT's president and CEO.
