Como partners with MobilBytes on data-driven solutions for self-serve kiosks

Como, a provider of customer engagement solutions, has partnered with MobileBytes, a provider of point-of-sale solutions for iPad, in order to offer restaurants data-driven tools designed to help them get to know their customers better, personalize the customer experience and increase visits and sales, according to a press release.

The integration with Como Sense, Como’s flagship product, will provide restaurants using MobileBytes self-order kiosks and online ordering with comprehensive, granular customer purchase data, the insights to act on it, and the tools to run automated, personalized campaigns based on that data. 

"Como Sense’s out-of-the-box data and machine learning tools, fully integrated with MobileBytes POS, will enable restaurants to engage with customers in a more relevant and personalized way, and drive more revenue as a result," Yair Holtzer, president of Como America, said in the press release.
