City in Kansas installs kiosk for utility payments

Residents of Garden City, Kansas, can now pay utility bills 24 hours a day using cash, credit cards and checks at a kiosk in front of the city administrative center, according to kwch.com.

The kiosk will provide information in both English and Spanish, and is designed to save people time and allow them to avoid lines at the service department.
