Citibank has opened a flagship branch at the corner of San Francisco's Post and Kearny Streets in the city's financial district, the company announced.

The branch features an interactive digital experience, including a touchscreen digital signage display and an online kiosk that allows access to the bank's digital banking platform.

"San Francisco is a vibrant, diverse and international city and one of our key markets," Citi U.S. Retail Banking President William Howle said in the announcement. "As we continue to advance our online and mobile offerings and examine an array of branch formats, our flagship locations give us an opportunity to combine our physical presence with our dynamic digital features to showcase all that Citibank has to offer. Our goal is to provide premium, personalized service to our diverse set of clients in the San Francisco area, and this new flagship is one of the ways we will do that."
