Check 21 kiosks, ATMs hit Nigeria

Leadership Nigeria:The United Bank for Africa PLC has launched a self-service check-scanning kiosk/ATM that is expected to help the country move toward a cashless society. The machines feature cash dispensers and image scanners and will be deployed in five business locations throughout the country. The bank transacts about N13.3 million (U.S. $98,000) per machine in one month.
