Cash management group acquires kiosk company Reevex

Secure cash management company Glory Global Solutions Ltd. announced it has acquired 100 percent of the shared capital of REV Ventures LLC, a provider of self-service and kiosk software.

Secure cash management company Glory Global Solutions Ltd. announced it has acquired 100 percent of the shared capital of REV Ventures LLC, a provider of self-service and kiosk software. The company, also known as Reevex, has more than 15 years of experience with developing kiosk software, according to the press release.

Reevex has designed software for self-service solutions for retailers, financial institutions and government agencies. Its DYNAMIX software has been integrated with thousands of kiosks, enabling millions of transactions, according to the release.

"Our acquisition of Reevex is another step in GLORY's international expansion and recognition of the role that software plays in building complete solutions that address our customers' business challenges," said Hirokazu Onoe, president of GLORY Ltd, the parent company of Glory Global Solutions. "We have aggressive international growth aspirations which we will only achieve by providing our customers with best-in-class, comprehensive cash management solutions."
