CASE STUDY: Borders gets help from Netkey to protect Title Sleuth kiosks

Borders Group operates 460 stores in the U.S. and offers 200,000 titles and thousands of its Title Sleuth kiosks. The high-traffic kiosks, though, were having difficulty defending themselves from computer-savvy customers, so Borders enlisted Netkey to develop an application that would protect the kiosks from unauthorized access and improve system uptime and application reliability to ensure the program's continued success.
