LONDON-Tourists and amateur photographers can now process their pictures on the go at ten new photo kiosks installed at locations across the UK, according to a story on Webuser.
BT Payphones has linked up with Fujifilm to trial kiosks that let you view and edit photos before sending them off to be printed.
According to the story, the new kiosks are ideal for anyone who wants quick access to prints from their digital camera.
Users just insert the memory card or a CD, and then edit images by cropping, enlarging or adjusting color. Once the desired image is achieved users can order prints and/or CDs of the and pay by credit or debit card.
Paul Hendron, director of BT Payphones, said: "This is the fastest growing and most exciting branch of photography. This new service is fantastic and really will bring your photos to life. It's easy to use, handy and timesaving".
The initial trial is for six-months but if successful further kiosks will be launched at major tourist attractions, hotels, airports and shopping centers in the UK.
