Bright Pattern, provider of cloud management solutions, announced the incorporation of video channels for sales and customer service as part of the Rich Contact Experience functionality in the ServicePattern cloud contact center platform.
The Rich Contact Experience is a combination of media channels over a single customer connection. Its functionality provides video customer service from smartphones and tablets. Video POS kiosks can link remote sales staff for transactions such as car rentals and augment POS terminals and ATMs with customer service

ServicePattern Video is available for IOS, Android and Web-browser-based applications.
