Copenhagen-based Brøchner Hotels has selected Canary Technologies' Guest Management System to modernize arrivals and guest communication across its boutique portfolio, according to a press release.
The partnership brings mobile-first check-in, AI-powered guest messaging and instant translation in more than 100 languages to Brøchner's properties. Canary said the technology reduces staff workload while enabling faster, more personalized service.

"With Canary, they can streamline arrivals, improve guest communication and create more personalized stays that reflect their boutique vision of service."
