Internet Retailer: Officials behind the new Borders.com site say it teams with in-store kiosks to give customers better access to and information about an inventory that is 10 times bigger than what can be kept in the company's biggest store. The kiosks and site allow for online delivery to homes, offices or nearby stores, and 35 percent buy additional items when picking up the original item. The site also includes reviews from store employees and customers.
