Beyond Kiosks Selects BancTec to Provide Deployment and Maintenance Solutions

BancTec Inc. has announced that its Multi-Vendor Services division has been selected by Beyond Kiosks, a subsidiary of Kiosk Group Inc., to deliver deployment and maintenance services on the company's custom manufactured self-service kiosks.
"We have been at the leading edge of developing unique and interesting transactional kiosks, sales exhibits, training programs and other self-service stations for many years, but needed a strong deployment and maintenance partner to ensure our entire offering meets the highest standards of our customers," said Mike James, president of Knoxville, Md.-based Kiosk Group.
"BancTec has a nationwide team of highly-skilled personnel who will be able to provide the services we need, and their aggressive cost structure ensures that we can deliver these services at a rate our customers will find appealing."
The multi-year agreement includes initial installation as well as post-warranty support services.
