Kiosks and billboards across Baltimore City have begun featuring small business owners as part of a campaign to support local entrepreneurs, according to a WBAL TV report.

A partnership between Orange Barrel Media, Ike and Innovation Works supports this campaign. Each business on the billboards and kiosks works with Innovation Works, a nonprofit that supports Baltimore City business owners.

"A lot of these entrepreneurs just don't have the capital or liquid capital to get themselves in a position like this," Brennan Murray, assistant managing director of neighborhood and business development for the Baltimore Development Corporation, told the news outlet.

"Typically, on these types of boards, you see brands like Coca-Cola, Pepsi, and all of those big names, Apple, things of that nature, but to see local businesses here in Baltimore who are really actually ingrained in their communities to show up on platforms like this, I think it's an opportunity for them to have a voice, but also showing the city itself that we have stuff here that's working, that is important."
