Air Force visitor's center deploys touchscreen kiosk for customers

December 20, 2017

The Schriever Visitor's Center at the Schriever Air Force Base in Colorado Springs, Colorado, has deployed a touchscreen interactive kiosk to make customer service and data collection fast and efficient, according to the Defense Video Imagery Distribution System

Tech. Sgt. Andrew Beer, the officer in charge, said the kiosk has modernized the visitors center services for the 20,000 customers that visit the center yearly.

The kiosk enables customers to choose from three prompts: passes, restricted area badging and other services.

The kiosk advises customers what paperwork is needed for whatever services they are requesting.
