First, let me say that I hope you and your family are safe and healthy.

I have taken on the role of managing director of the Interactive Customer Experience (ICX) Association in addition to my duties as SVP, events for Networld Media Group.

Christopher Hall was most recently managing director of the Association. He has been attending law school and has decided to focus on school full time.  We appreciate his dedication and all that he has done for the ICX Association and the industry.  

I’m no stranger to this space, having run the ICX Summit the past several years and the Digital Screenmedia Association before that. 

Elevate Awards deadline extended

In light of recent events, we have decided to extend the entry deadline for the Elevate Awards to April 30.Thank you to all those who have submitted an entry thus far.

You may be wondering about the status of the ICX Summit. Certainly, the health and safety of our customers and staff is a top priority, therefore we are closely monitoring the situation with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
