The senior vice president and general manager for NCR Corp.'s retail and hospitality division talked about self-service and gave advice to retailers at the Big Show in January.
Webster discusses the effect of the economy on the sale of self-service technologies, the rollout of its BLOCKBUSTER EXPRESS DVD-rental kiosks and the introduction of "the world's first self-serve mini, which esentially is the smallest-form-factor self-checkout solution that actually incorporates real security."
