The retail vertical has been hit especially hard by the global economic downturn this year, and many business operators have had to cut budgets to stay afloat. But Bob Ventresca, vice president of marketing for Netkey Inc., says retail kiosks are still a justifiable investment, especially since most consumers have come to expect self-service in the store.
