Advantages of Smart Cards in Kiosk Applications

As kiosks become more ubiquitous, deployers are looking for ways to expand functionality while minimizing the environmental impact. Smart cards offer security and reliability while reducing paper waste. In addition, smart cards also can carry significantly more information than traditional cards with a magnetic stripe.
