DynaTouch is pleased to congratulate Fort Campbell on winning the 2016 Army Community of Excellence (ACOE) Award. Plans, Analysis, and Integration Office Director for Fort Campbell, James A. Halford Jr. said, "What this means to Fort Campbell is that our continuous process improvement efforts extending over more than 20 years have systematically led to our recognition as IMCOM and the Army's role- model installation.

DynaTouch became part of the Fort Campbell effort in 2009-2010 after Fort Campbell was honored as a Silver Medalist in that year’s competition. Fort Campbell chose to utilize its cash award to contract DynaTouch to deploy Customer Survey Kiosks in 10 key locations across the post. The kiosks feature the DoD’s Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE™) comment cards for self-completion by end users at the point of service.

DoD ICE Kiosks use DynaTouch’s TIPS™ Kiosk Management Software to lock down the browser and secure the kiosk platform. TIPS™ carries the vaunted DoD Certificate of Networthiness that certifies the software is approved to be implemented across DoD Army Networks.

DynaTouch Co-founder, Terri McClelland said, “We are proud of our ongoing relationship with Fort Campbell and their 20-year commitment to excellence that culminated in this historical achievement.”
