The Zimbabwe Revenue Authority has introduced self-serve kiosks to improve tax remittance efficiency, especially for small to medium size businesses, according to a report in The Herald.

The first kiosk was installed at the authority's Kurima House offices in Harare. Kiosks will be introduced in Masvingo, Gweru, Mutare, Bulawayo and other towns.

The plan is to help businesses that do not have access to the Internet.

The kiosks will provide a platform for capturing income tax, pay as you earn tax and value added tax.

Users will also have access to registration services and validation of tax clearances.
