LEICESTER, England -- Kiosk software developer Working Solutions is moving into the consulting field, hoping to encourage more businesses to use self-service kiosks, according to a company news release.
"We rapidly learn the specifics of each different client we get; the hard part is understanding how do we interact with the client's customer in a way that they need," said Neil Farr, Working Solution's managing director. "This is the skill and experience that we can bring to anyone thinking of producing a kiosk."
Working Solutions previously included consultations as part of its complete service. After expanding its staff, however, the company can serve businesses interested in interactive kiosk projects in purely a consulting role.
The England-based company recently moved into larger offices and added four staff members. Clients include Microsoft, American Express, IGMT, Co-operative Society, Bristol Airport, B.Rosenberg and Kioskpoint among others.
