LEICESTER, U.K.-- Working Solutions and Concept Kiosk have combined their expertise in self-service hardware and software to launch the Way Finder product range.
Way Finder, designed for clients worldwide, can be used in host of different situations including shopping malls, sports stadiums, hospitals, educational establishments, hotels, office blocks, airports, and railway and ferry terminals.
The system has a range of configurable software solutions, from simple "you are here" points, providing detailed and personalized maps and plans of the site, to coupon/voucher issuing and map printing, according to a news release.
Concept Kiosk has developed a variety of hardware options for the way-finding system, from full free-standing kiosk units to wall-mounted touchscreens. The vendor designed the hardware to complement existing decor and encourage customer use.
Neil Farr of Working Solutions said, "Growing demand for information is driving the use of technology to provide access in more and more situations."
He also explained the ROI proposition. "The system adds a revenue channel for the sites, as well as showing cost savings over staffed customer service desks, or even over leaflet printing and distribution."
