Motorists in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin have mixed reactions to 50 newly installed downtown parking touchscreen kiosks, according to a Lake Geneva Regional News report. Some users said the kiosks were easy to use while others found them difficult, compared to the previous kiosks installed 10 years ago.
The city council approved the kiosks in January for around $330,000.
Users pay with a credit card, coins or by downloading an app. Bills are not accepted.
Users can also pay by entering a license plate number, the process used by previous kiosks.
