FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - WireSpring Technologies, a developer of software and technology for interactive kiosks and digital signage systems, has joined the Retail Broadband Alliance, according to a news release.
The Retail Broadband Alliance brings together companies that represent products and services used in the entire retail sales supply chain for data networks. The Retail Broadband Alliance now includes more than 30 companies. Retail merchants pick and choose the providers they want.
When integrated into an existing co-op program, digital signage and kiosk systems can serve the threefold purpose of generating incremental revenues for the retailer, driving sales for their brands, and improving customer satisfaction in the purchase decision.
"We're pleased to join the Retail Broadband Alliance and help retailers interact with their customers on a one-to-one level," said WireSpring Chief Executive William Gerba. "Like many of today's most promising retail applications, digital signage and kiosks work best with a broadband connection. The Retail Broadband Alliance makes it easy for retailers to build a reliable, secure network across their entire chain, and should be a huge asset to any retailer seeking to implement proven solutions for enhancing sales and customer service through our solutions."
