Wincor Nixdorf unveils two new kiosks

AUSTIN, Texas - Wincor Nixdorf Inc. announced the release of two new kioks on Dec. 10, according to a company news release.

The Orbitor and CERTO kiosks are intended for the hospitality and retail markets.

The Orbitor won the 2002 Red Dot: Best of the Best award for "Outstanding Product Design" and is intended for indoor or outdoor use. It can be used for several applications including as an information kiosk, gift registry, self-service ordering station or for printing movie tickets or coupons.

The CERTO kiosk is designed for indoor use and is powered the company's BEETLE platform. It has a small footprint and is available in freestanding, desktop or wall-mounted units.

CERTO has a 15-inch touchscreen, a document printer and a sound system.
