Self-service kiosk technology has been on a rapid growth track in recent years across fast food restaurants, cinemas, entertainment venues, banks and retail stores. A MarketsandMarkets report claims that the global interactive kiosk market could be worth $30.53 billion by 2023, up from $20.37 billion in 2016. The recent global pandemic has created even more opportunities as face-to-face transactions have become less popular with consumers.
On July 21 at 11 a.m. ET, Kiosk Marketplace will host a webinar, "Self-Service Surge, Step Forward OEMs."
Zebra Technologies' Richard Thompson, senior director of global OEM sales, will describe how OEMs can seize the opportunities presented for kiosks.
Mark Thomson, the company's director of retail and hospitality solutions, EMEA, will offer input on how kiosks can help companies face the challenge of a new digital retail landscape.
