Voting machine testing shrouded

The Miami Herald: HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - CIBER, Wyle Laboratories and SysTest Labs certify the nation's voting technologies, but they refuse to discuss the machines' flaws. Critics have plenty to say about the testing process, the companies doing the testing, and the companies paying for the testing - which, not coincidentally, are also the companies who created the machines.
