Volaris Group acquires, renames Hitachi ID Systems

Volaris Group, an Alberta, Canada based acquisitions company, has acquired Hitachi ID Systems Inc. and has renamed it Bravura Security, according to a press release. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Bravura Security will continue to operate independently as a provider of identity, access, password and passwordless products and will continue to be led by CEO Nick Brown with the support of existing management.

Volaris Group operates more than 150 independently managed software companies around the world.
