VLocker acquires LAI Games’ locker business

TLN North America LLC, an entity of the VLocker International Group, has acquired LAI Games, USA LLC's locker business for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.

The agreement covers the revenue share operations of The Locker Network and all its related intellectual property, trademarks and product inventory.
