VIDEO: Internet drives self-service, Netkey says

Miller Newton, chief executive officer of Netkey and president of the Self-Service and Kiosk Association, in the television station's May 2 Rick's RSS segment. Miller said he thinks the Internet has helped to drive the popularity of self-service.
