U.S. consumers in favor of biometric cards

ePaynews: Three out of five U.S. consumers surveyed by online security firm Truste say they would support adding biometric identifiers to credit and debit cards. Truste interviewed 1,025 U.S. consumers between September 25 and September 29, 2006. It says that 64 percent of survey respondents support adding biometric data to credit cards and 62 percent to debit cards.
