Unmanned self-storage facility coming to Florida

Stoic Equity Partners, a commercial real estate developer, has begun construction on a 50,000-square-foot, climate-controlled, virtually-managed, unmanned, self-storage facility in Pensacola, Florida, scheduled to open during Q4 2023, according to a press release.
The facility will be virtually managed by StoreEase using its proprietary technology, which allows customers to interact with a live manager via a kiosk. All doors and locks will be controlled by the Noké One smart access control using Bluetooth technology.
The building will have 379 units including a number of drive-up climate-controlled units.
Because the facility is remotely managed, the lobby will include sample units to help customers decide what size unit will fit their needs.
