INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Aviation Capital Management, an aviation-based professional services firm, has been selected by United Airlines to manage the installation of several United Airlines customer service initiatives, including United's EasyCheck-in program, according to a company news release.
EasyCheck-in self-service kiosks allow travelers to check-in for flights, choose seat assignments, process upgrades and obtain boarding passes when traveling with a United electronic ticket.
"ACM is coordinating the design, permitting, logistics, millwork, construction and installation of self-service kiosks at a number of major East-Central airports, including JFK, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Dayton, Grand Rapids, Albany, and Rochester," states ACM President, Andrew Vasey.
