U.K. examines biometrically secured borders

Techworld.com: The British government has drawn up plans to tighten its borders over the next seven years. It is testing several technologies as part of its "e-Borders" program, which aims at examining all overseas visitors to the U.K. So far, more than 60,000 British citizens have participated in a program that uses biometric data to process people faster through immigration lines.
