Uber to install kiosks

Uber plans to install kiosks to allow customers to hire a ride. It will place them in hotels, airports, ports and other locations in 2026, according to a report by King 5.

The company aims to reach international customers who may not have data plans on their phones to access Uber normally. The first kiosk will be located at the LaGuardia Airport in Queens, New York.

With the kiosk, customers can enter their destination, select their ride and receive a paper receipt.
