CYPRESS,CA--TouchVision, Inc. has been selected to deploy its human resources solutions for Omnitrans, a public transit agency in San Bernardino, Calif.
TouchVision's kiosks are available to Omnitrans' employees 24/7. The agency carries over 15 million passengers each year throughout its 480-square mile service area. Before TouchVision deployed its Concierge software solutions to Omnitrans, agency's employees were only available to access HR information from the central office location and only during normal business hours.
TouchVision software deployed by Omnitrans includes Concierge for content management, Surveyor for satisfaction surveys, Presenter for digital sign management, CareMail for communication messaging, and Announcer for event calendars, according to a press release.
"We want to boost employee satisfaction and a key element of satisfaction is communications," said Marjorie Ewing, Omnitrans Director of Human Resources. "We now are able to deliver services and communications directly to our employees at times and places that are convenient to them through our kiosk terminals."
