ROUND ROCK, Texas - Kiosk touch technology company TouchSystems Corp. has reduced the price of its foundation computer system, the MM2000, to $995 during October.
The MM2000 features an 11.3-inch LCD, analog resistive touchscreen, AMD 336 MHz processor, and a 6 GB hard drive. The system runs on Windows 98 and is enclosed in a metal housing.
The system is targeted for industrial, medical, point-of-sale, and kiosk applications, according to a company news release.
