Touchscreen portal offers India energy department info

The Telegraph-Calcutta: India's state energy department has launched a touchscreen kiosk that links to a portal containing data on energy-related agencies. The kiosk is seen as a stop-gap method of disseminating the information to the public while a comprehensive Web portal is developed.
