LAS VEGAS - TouchPoll Las Vegas, a market research company, launched its Touchscreen Comment Card System, a survey and polling resource, according to a news release.
Using TouchPoll's touchscreen technology, businesses are able to collect information about their products and services instantaneously, respond more quickly to customer feedback, and save time and money. Using the integration of touchscreen hardware and proprietary software to provide real-time polling results, the TouchPoll system collects, tabulates and reports information with a higher response rate than paper surveys.
In New York, TouchPoll completed a comprehensive multilingual employee satisfaction survey in English, Spanish, Tagalog, and traditional Chinese. TouchPoll also installed a kiosk in the Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay and was contracted by the Las Vegas Motor Speedway's NASCAR weekend in 2004 and the Las Vegas International Hotel and Restaurant Association. In March, Santa Fe Station selected TouchPoll to provide guest satisfaction surveys for its property. The first survey conducted tracked guest satisfaction at the new Grand Cafe. More than 500 one-minute surveys were compiled during the first few days.
