Touch International uses CeBIT to introduce monitors

HANNOVER, Germany -- New touchscreen provider Touch International Inc. unveiled a range of resistive touchscreen monitors at the recent CeBIT technology trade show in Hannover, Germany.

The products ranged from a custom-designed four-wire resistive touchscreen, a durable five-wire touchscreen, and a pen-based, analog resistive touch device. The screens range in size from two to 21 inches.

Touch International is marketing their products to a variety of markets, including personal digital assistants, point-of-sale displays, signature identification devices, and medical products.

"We're ready to deliver in volume to the OEMs and systems integrators worldwide who produce touch-enabled solutions for commercial, industrial, and consumer markets," said Michael Woolstrum, Touch International chief executive officer, in a news release.
