TIO to promote through Shell Oil program

BURNABY, British Columbia— TIO Networks Corp. has announced a marketing campaign to promote TIO Financial Services through the Shell Trading and Retail program, also known as STARZ.
STARZ is a Web-based resource center through which Shell-branded wholesalers and retailers can access news, information, business services, resources and products, and equipment.
According to a news release, Shell-branded retailers and wholesalers, by opting into the program, have the option of offering TIO's services to customers through cash-accepting kiosks, cash-accepting hybrid ATMs and/or a cost-effective Web-based solution, just to name a few.
Depending on the TIO program deployed, Shell customers will be able to pay time-sensitive wireless, utility, cable and other bills, conduct ATM transactions, purchase prepaid long-distance cards, top-up mobile-phone minutes, or conduct other transactions targeted toward unbanked or cash-preferred users.
TIO Networks will offer the various TIO programs as a new product category.
