Thomas-Hendrickson automated retail consultancy taps Primo Water’s Maria Mullen

Thomas-Hendrickson Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in automated retail, named Maria Mullen as strategic advisor, according to a press release.

Mullen, who brings more than 30 years in customer journey experience, most recently served as vice president of exchange operations and customer experience for Primo Water.

Prior to that, Mullen served as vice president of strategic sales capabilities at Outerwall, owner of Redbox, Coinstar and ecoATM. She has also held leadership positions at Dannon Co., Electronic Arts, ConAgra, Clorox and Hershey.
