The Halal Guys to expand Botrista DrinkBot to all stores

The Halal Guys will introduce the Botrista DrinkBot machine to all of its restaurants by spring of 2022, according to a press release. The robotic machine, which mixes and serves healthy beverages and has a self-service application, is currently available at 25% of Halal Guys stores.

In an initial test, the company witnessed a nearly 20% gain in ticket sales.

"Botrista takes the quality and efficiency of premium beverages to another level and is small but mighty, making it an ideal addition to our precious back of house space," Andrew Eck, The Halal Guys' vice president of marketing, said in a prepared statement. "We've already seen how Botrista has elevated our menu and our business, with our average check at our corporate location growing 17% over the same period as last year. We're excited to be adding this innovative machine to our full restaurant system."
