Texas town offers utility bill/ticket payment kiosk

Plainview, Texas residents can now pay water bills and municipal court tickets at a kiosk on the west side of City Hall, according to a Plainview Herald report.

The kiosk accepts cash, check or credit/debt cards, and accepts partial and additional payments.

Users scan their water bill or retrieve the bill by entering an account number or street address and last name. The kiosk can also print a receipt.
