Texas town offers 24/7 outdoor library kiosk

Residents of Harlingen, Texas can now check out books 24 hours a day thanks to an outdoor kiosk, according to a krgv.com report.

The kiosk at Lon. C Hill Park allows users to browse, check out or return books at any time. Residents can also request books from the main library to be held in the kiosk.

The machine, paid for by a $400,000 grant from the state library holds 352 books for people of all ages.
