Texas Police set up kiosks for reporting crime

El Paso Times: The El Paso Police Department announced Nov. 9 that computer kiosks have been set up at each regional command center throughout the city of El Paso. The kiosks are located in the lobby are available for anyone to use. The new kiosks provide computer access to file minor reports.
