In a quest to offer residents inclusive and accessible court and county services the El Paso County, in Texas, has deployed advanced AI-powered self-service kiosks.
The kiosks were launched to close service gaps for those living in rural area and Spanish-speaking communities, according to a KTSM El Paso report.
The kiosks are located at county annex sites, Fort Bliss and the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo, according to a news release. They were developed in partnership with Advanced Robot Solutions.
The kiosks provide the ability to lookup court hearings, provide secure payment options for court-related costs, find answers about county services and real-time video connection to county staff.
