Recordnet.com:The use of biological data for identification will become more prevalent as financial centers search for ways to give consumers convenience without compromising security.The Bank of Stockton in Stockton, Calif., plans to incorporate biometrics at its new Elk Grove branch, scheduled to open in May. The new bank will allow customers access to their safe-deposit boxes simply by scanning their hands, eliminating the need for a bank employee, said bank president Douglass Eberhardt.
